GLENDALE, Calif. - Oct. 28, 2015 - PRLog -- A new, California-based title insurance company has been launched, serving credit unions, mortgage bankers, and institutional lenders throughout southern California and the entire state.
California Members Title Insurance Company, an independent company owned by California Credit Union, has received its certification from the California Department of Insurance. Serving both residential and commercial property needs, the company is a full service title insurer and settlement organization.
California Members Title Insurance is headed by President and CEO Frank Berriz, a four-decade veteran of the title insurance business. He worked in the title industry for several years before co-founding American Coast Title in southern California in 1988 and running the company until 2013, when he sold his interest in it.
