SAO PAULO, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Itaú Unibanco Holding SA took advantage of surprisingly robust third-quarter results to build up loan-loss provisions, as Brazil's largest bank by market value wrestles with the impact of the nation's deepest recession in a quarter century.
