Fed's Lacker: Geopolitical impact of terror attacks on economy is transitory

This is a breaking news story. Richmond Fed President Jeffrey Lacker appeared on CNBC's " Squawk Box" on Wednesday, ahead of the afternoon release of the minutes from the central bank's October meeting. He was also the lone dissenter at the Fed's September meeting, which saw the Fed keep rates steady, in part, because of global growth concerns sparked by China.
