Fed's Lacker: Geopolitical impact of terror attacks on economy is transitory

Richmond Fed President Jeffrey Lacker appeared on CNBC's " Squawk Box" on Wednesday, ahead of the afternoon release of the minutes from the central bank's October meeting.
