AmerisourceBergen CEO to take chairman role; company adopts proxy access

AmerisourceBergen Chief Executive Steven Collis will succeed Chairman Richard Gozon when Gozon retires next year. The drug wholesaler also adopts measures making it easier for shareholders to nominate board members.
