Computer Sciences Corp. (NYSE: CSC) completed the spinoff of its government business into a separate publicly traded company, CSRA Inc. (NYSE: CSRA). Shares of Computer Sciences plummeted $37.70 to $30.92 while CSRA stock gained $1.89 to $31.10.
