Appeals court upholds FDA's right to use menthol cigarettes report

Jan 15 (Reuters) - A federal appeals court upheld the right of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to use a report written by an advisory committee that concluded menthol cigarettes pose a greater public health risk than non-menthol cigarettes.
