Ingersoll Rand Increases Dividend by 10 Percent

Ingersoll-Rand plc’s (NYSE: IR) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on February 3 of $0.32 per ordinary share, reflecting a 10 percent increase and an annual dividend rate of $1.28 per share, up from $1.16 per share. Ingersoll Rand, a world leader in creating comfortable, sustainable and efficient environments, has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends on its common shares since 1919 and annual dividends since 1910.

The dividend is payable March 31, 2016, to shareholders of record on March 11, 2016.
