Dev Patel of Mahoney & Associates is pleased to announce the sale of the 160-room Hilton Garden Inn Mountain View. The four-story Hilton Garden Inn is located at 840 E. El Camino Real, in the heart of Silicon Valley. Shashi Group, led by brothers Dipesh and Manish Gupta, bought the hotel from Cala Properties, a property management and development company in the Silicon Valley.

The Cala family developed and opened the property in 1999 on land owned by the family since 1954. Sal Cala led the development and asset management for the family. The property was kept in pristine condition throughout the years and in 2014 it went through an extensive expansion, which included the addition of a hotel bar and renovation of the public areas.
