S&P 500 Movers: AIZ, AKAM

In early trading on Wednesday, shares of Akamai Technologies (AKAM) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 21.8%. Year to date, Akamai Technologies has lost about 8.4% of its value.
