Market Update (NYSE:VZ): This rural telecom giant is taking the reigns for Verizon’s FIOS network in San Antonio

On March 31, a transfer of ownership and customer base from Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ) to Frontier Communications Inc. (NASDAQ GS: FTR) is estimated to impact tens of thousands of individuals in San Antonio.
