Triumph Group Announces Departure of Chief Financial Officer

Triumph Group, Inc. (NYSE: TGI) today announced that Jeffrey L. McRae, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will step down from that position following the filing of the company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2016, which is expected to occur in the second half of May, 2016. Mr. McRae, after more than five years of service to the company, has chosen to leave to pursue other interests. A search to identify Mr. McRae’s successor is underway.
