In trading on Wednesday, the SPDR S&P Bank ETF (KBE) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 3.7% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Texas Capital Bancshares (TCBI), up about 7.2% and shares of SVB Financial Group (SIVB), up about 6.9% on the day.
