Kingsway Capital closes first Private Placement Memorandum

Company learns from this amazing experience and is redefining the next round while limiting the number of investors
TACOMA, Wash. - April 14, 2016 - PRLog -- Well into its third year of flipping houses, Kingsway Capital has done a great job of buying uninhabitable houses and converting them into dream houses to be sold at an affordable, modest price. Even during a weak economy, the average time for a Kingsway flip was 90-120 days while other homes were sitting stagnant, sometimes for years.

"Within a short period of time we have been able to prove to our hard money lenders that we can do volume, make the payments and sustain profits and growth. The reaction from them has been very rewarding in that they now provide us with special funding terms that make it more beneficial and more profitable for us as we continue to expand," said Greg Perry, Vice President of Operations for Kingsway Capital. Kingsway has been doing something right to have financial institutions make such a substantial change of their terms and Mr. Perry believes that it is "trust born out of performance."

"Our initial PPM offered 10% (per annum) ROI to our investors. But with the new financing advantage we now have, our investors participate in a much smaller portion of each property, which is capital guaranteed, with a return rate of up to 20% (per annum)," Perry added. With current bank requirements of long-term holding (3-5 years) and an extremely low rate of return on their CDs, Kingsway believes they offer a significantly better investment opportunity.

In the initial PPM offering, investors received their 10% per annum on a two-year note. Now, Kingsway can offer up to a 20% per annum return with this new model. This return is realized when the house is sold, which could range as little as 90 days to 180 days. This really beats a 3-5 year bank wait.
