BITC is proud to affirm commitment to country music industry
LONDON, Ontario - April 25, 2016 - PRLog -- Back In The Country Inc. (BITC), producers of the weekly online radio program of the same name, attained membership in the Canadian Country Music Association this month. With its new CCMA membership, BITC is pleased to continue advancing the cause of Canadian country music and promoting its values.

"Back In The Country is proud to have been accepted as a Member in good standing with the Canadian Country Music Association in the Publicity/Media category," said BITC founder Alan Johnson. "It is a natural fit for us, since we are strong supporters of the music industry. We exist for the benefit of the content creators and distributors, as well as for the fans."

The hour-long BITC program exclusively showcases new country music, carefully curated and professionally presented for both avid and casual listeners online at www.backinthecountry.com. By collecting more of country music's weekly releases in one self-contained program, Back In The Country gives fans a single place to go to hear songs that haven't - yet - reached the top 40 playlists and constant radio rotation. The unique nature of the show gives new music a platform to reach audiences more quickly than is often possible through risk-averse radio or hit-or-miss online venues like YouTube.

Johnson added, "Obtaining a membership in the CCMA is just another way for Back In The Country to demonstrate our commitment to the artists, distributors, fans, and the rest of the country music family."
