Vancouver, Canada – On April 27 2016, Sarah SanMarino launched a Kickstarter campaign for SanMarinos, a new women’s fashion accessory that combines the sex appeal of a garter with the beauty of a boot, and guarantees total comfort indoors or outdoors.
“We are raising funds to support our growing couture fashion house. Each pair of SanMarinos are beautifully designed, handmade with luxe faux furs and superior craftsmanship,” says fashion designer, Sarah SanMarino, “As we move forward, I can’t wait to use other materials such as Metallics. The sky’s the limit with SanMarinos!”
SanMarinos are interchangeable and have a unique attachment system that allows fashionistas to mix and match and continue to add to their collection. The faux fur cuffs are securely anchored at the front and back of the leg to ensure they do not slip down as you move. These cuffs are specially designed to protrude from the thigh, hiding what the team likes to call “muffin top leg”. No need to feel self-conscious in SanMarinos!
For this Kickstarter campaign, SanMarinos will be available in six different colors: Signature Noir, Vancouver Rain, New Yorker, Ice Princess, Double Espresso and La Cheeta, with more colors to be announced in the future. The funds raised during this project will be used for the hiring and training of skilled artisans in Canada, studio space, the ability to order higher minimum order quantities of quality materials, and hiring a publicist to promote the brand.
“SanMarinos are a COMPLETELY unique fashion design that are unavailable anywhere else in the world,” the creator explains, “We have recently gone live with our online boutique and will be meeting with buyers to set up channel marketing for the future. We are here on Kickstarter to launch our brand and we need YOUR help to get this unique product to market.”
In exchange for pledging to the project, backers can gain access to a variety of rewards including a personalized autographed photo for $25, one early bird pair of SanMarinos for $68, and more. Backers can also pledge $168 for two pairs of SanMarinos or $340 for five pairs!
