Vision III Imaging, Inc. launches a Rule 506 (c) Offering to raise up to $5.25 million in new capital
RESTON, Va. - May 15, 2016 - PRLog -- Vision III® Imaging, Inc. (the "Company"), the developer of revolutionary parallax visualization (v3®) technologies that enhance the three-dimensionality of normal media displays, announced today that the Company has launched a direct-to-accredited-investors capital raise using the exemption from registration provided by the US Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Rule 506(c).

The Company recently created an industry buzz in the Future Park at the April 2016 National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) convention in Las Vegas, NV with a dramatic demonstration of the Real Shot™ technology's ability to "pop" imagery off the surface of large outdoor LED displays.  The amazing Real Shot visual experience can be viewed at following links:

"The future visual imaging market will belong to the technology that delivers the best visual experience in the simplest and most cost effective manner.  v3 delivers on all three counts."

Chris Mayhew - CEO, Vision III Imaging, Inc.

The Company is the inventor and developer of the v3 parallax visualization (PV) technologies.  The PV technologies are the subject of a significant patent portfolio protecting a series of optical and software tools that capture and present three-dimensional information.  On May 9, 2016, the Company received a Notice of Allowance from the US Patent and Trademark Office for its twenty-first patent.

The v3 technologies allow producers and advertisers to differentiate their content and therefore maximize the value of their content vis-à-vis the surrounding programming.  No glasses or anything special is required to distribute or view v3 programming across a wide spectrum of mediums including home televisions, mobile devices, tablets, movie theaters or on large outdoor displays.

The v3 technologies significantly enhance image three-dimensionality and are directly applicable to digital cinema, broadcast television, video games, defense/security, medical, virtual reality and augmented reality content creation.

The Company is to raising up to $5.25 million from accredited investors through a Rule 506 (c) Offering.  It intends to apply the proceeds of the Offering to implement its business strategy.

It has developed a large body of work around the concept of presenting parallax (three-dimensional) information over time. As a result, the Company has been able to develop and patent a series of fundamental proprietary parallax visualization technologies and tools.
