U.S. FDA approves first appetite-stimulating drug for dogs

May 17 (Reuters) - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the first drug to stimulate appetite in dogs, Aratana Therapeutics Inc, which developed the treatment, said on Tuesday.
