Tony Cherbak
Chief Executive Officer & President
With more than 35 years of professional services, operations and financial management experience, Tony Cherbak is responsible for RGP's global operations with a significant focus on managing and promoting the Company's growth and profitability. Tony leads the senior management team to successfully execute RGP's business model, building RGP’s brand as a premier consulting firm providing exceptional intellectual capital on demand to help solve our clients' problems.

Tony joined RGP in July 2005 from Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he spent the majority of his career as an audit partner in the Orange County, California office. At Deloitte, Tony led the firm's consumer business practice for its Pacific Southwest region, and most recently served as the partner-in-charge of the Orange County audit practice.

Tony graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 1978 with a B.S. in Accounting.

Timothy O'Rourke
Senior Vice President
With many years of experience managing teams and running successful corporate operations, Tim O'Rourke puts his expertise to work serving as senior vice president of RGP's East Region in the U.S. In this role, Tim oversees all operations, focusing on building and developing strong teams that provide unparalleled client service to RGP’s roster of Fortune 500 clients and creating business strategies for sustainable growth. He is also a member of the Global Leadership Team, responsible for shaping the future direction of the Company.

Tim began his career with RGP in 2003 in our New Jersey practice. In 2008, he moved from the Managing Director role in New Jersey to assume responsibility for RGP’s Tri-State practice, which includes offices in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Since then, Tim has expanded his leadership to operations in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern U.S., as well as Canada.

Prior to joining RGP, Tim held several senior-level financial positions, including CFO of Chicago Pneumatic, a division of Atlas Copco, an international manufacturer of industrial equipment; and CFO of a software technology company. Tim started his career in public accounting and was a senior auditor with Deloitte & Touche. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Pace University.
