UPDATE 1-Seagate to cut 1,600 jobs in restructuring plan

June 29 (Reuters) - Hard-disk drive maker Seagate Technology Plc said it would cut about 1,600 jobs, or 3 percent of its workforce, as the company looks to rein in costs amid waning demand.
