IRVINE, Calif. - Aug. 3, 2016 - PRLog -- Beginning July 27th, MBK Senior Living (MBK) assumed the operations management of Fairview Commons, a 148-unit retirement community located in Costa Mesa, California. Fairview Commons, previously known as Costa Neuporte, brings MBK's portfolio to a total of 17 independent, assisted living and memory care retirement communities located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Utah and Washington.
Capitol Seniors Housing (CSH), a real estate private equity firm based in Washington, D.C, and the owner of Fairview Commons, has partnered with MBK Senior Living since 2009. This is the seventh senior living community that MBK will manage on behalf of CSH. In addition to Fairview Commons, MBK currently manages two other CSH communities in California, including Fremont Hills in Fremont and Welbrook Arlington in Riverside.
