In trading on Thursday, the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF (XOP) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.3% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Western Refining (WNR), up about 6.1% and shares of HollyFrontier (HFC), up about 5.9% on the day.
