BOGOTA, Oct 3 (Reuters) - Colombian markets dipped on Monday on concerns that voters' rejection of a peace deal with Marxist FARC rebels would complicate government efforts to maintain the nation's credit ratings and pass tax reforms to compensate for lost oil income.
