In trading on Tuesday, the iShares Mortgage Real Estate Capped ETF (REM) is outperforming other ETFs, off about 0.1% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Hannon Armstrong Sustainable, up about 1% and shares of Pennymac Mortgage Investment, up about 0.8% on the day.
