Dr. Dhurjon has been in practice for more than 34 years and is currently serving as patients at Port Arthur Clinic in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Furthermore, he is affiliated to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Centre.
Dr. Leland Dhurjon gained his Medical Degree in 1982 from the University of West Indies in Cave Hill, Barbados. An internship then followed at McGill University’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Montreal, Canada, after which Dr. Dhurjon entered private practice.
Dr. Dhurjon is board certified in Ophthalmology, is noted as one of Ontario’s foremost retina specialists, and an expert in the treatment of retinal injuries and conditions. He has earned the coveted title of Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, and attributes his success to his patience, determination, and persistence. When he is not working, Dr. Dhurjon enjoys listening to music, cycling and playing squash.
