(NYSE: DNR) up 95 cents to close at $3.78, EP Energy Corp. (NYSE: EPE) climbing $1.12 to close at $5.31, Oasis Petroleum Inc. (NYSE: OAS) surging $3.25 to close at $14.97, SM Energy Co. (NYSE: SM) leaping $7.95 to close at $39.86, Whiting Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: WLL) gaining $2.84 to close at $12.22 and WPX Energy Inc. (NYSE: WPX) soaring $3.36 to close at $15.54.
