Arctic Cat Inc. (Nasdaq: ACAT) will be acquired by Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) in an all cash transaction valued at approximately $247 million including the assumption of debt. Shares of Arctic Cat leaped $5.45 to close at $18.55 while Textron stock tumbled $2.65 to close at $46.73.
