Morgan Stanley initiates Malaysia market coverage ahead of election

KUALA LUMPUR, April 21 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley is upbeat on Malaysian stocks, expecting them to benefit from a likely fiscal boost ahead of an election that could be called as early as September.
