U.S. tech stocks poised to rally after rout, as eyes turn toward the Fed

Stocks looked set to fight to shake off a two-day losing streak for the Nasdaq and S&P 500, with some relief possibly coming for tech stocks as investors turned their focus on a two-day Fed meeting starting Tuesday.
