Ellie Mae Adds Dates and Locations for Encompass Training Roadshow

Ellie Mae® (NYSE:ELLI), a leading provider of innovative on-demand software solutions and services for the residential mortgage industry, announced new dates and locations have been added for the Encompass Training Roadshow. The training roadshow helps Ellie Mae customers advance proficiencies, improve compliance management, optimize Encompass workflow, improve key business processes and learn best practices. Ellie Mae will offer four morning and four afternoon classes each day with a maximum capacity of 50 participants per class.

The Encompass Training Roadshow will be offered in select cities throughout the summer. Dates offered include:

Dallas, Texas - June 19th and 20th
Irvine, California - June 22nd and 23rd
Washington, D.C. - July 17th and 18th
Chicago, Illinois - July 20th and 21st

The new dates and cities are:

Salt Lake City, Utah – August 14th and 15th
Sacramento, California – August 17th and 18th
Madison, Wisconsin – September 18th and 19th
Short Hills, New Jersey – September 21st and 22nd

These events feature eight training sessions, including:

Encompass 101: Introduction to Encompass - Provides novice users with a comprehensive hands-on approach for successfully navigating and leveraging the Encompass Home Page, Pipeline Views, eFolder, and other features.

Encompass 201: The Encompass Workflow - Provides new Encompass users with hands-on experience for taking a loan from origination all the way through closing.

Effectively Originating Construction/Construction to Perm Loans in Encompass - Provides users with hands-on practices and insight for using the new construction management features in Encompass to originate construction loans.

Effective Encompass Troubleshooting and Support Resolution – Provides users with the ability to troubleshoot Level 1 support issues, including job process, setup, and user error issues.

Encompass Compliance Service - Provides System Administrators, Processors, Underwriters, and Closers with hands-on practices for leveraging compliance settings, understanding Credits, Cures, Fee Variances, and the Construction Review.

Introduction to Encompass Consumer Connect - Provides loan officers and marketers with hands-on practice for using Encompass Consumer Connect’s content management system to create web content, along with utilizing the Admin Portal to configure the solution.

Creating and Customizing Input Forms in Encompass – Provides instruction on how to effectively create, deploy, and maintain complex input forms, custom fields, and macros.

Enforcing Best Practices/Processes with Expert Business Rules – Provides hands-on experience for harnessing the power and flexibility of business rules to help streamline, manage, and enforce business practices and processes.
