Qatar's outlook cut by Moody's amid Saudi-led blockade even as Gulf country ramps up LNG

Qatar is looking to ramp up its LNG exports in the midst of a diplomatic crisis as Moody's cut the outlook on its sovereign credit to negative from stable.
