Wal-Mart is in good shape to handle competition from Amazon

Goldman Sachs upgraded Wal-Mart Stores Inc. stock to buy and added it to its conviction list Friday, arguing that the company is as well positioned as any mass market retailer to cope with the challenge from Amazon.com Inc.
