Allison+Partners Promotes Lisa Schmidtke to General Manager of Phoenix

Allison+Partners today announced the promotion of Lisa Schmidtke from senior vice president to general manager of the agency’s Phoenix office, located in downtown Scottsdale. In this role, Schmidtke will be responsible for business operations and growth, cultivating and managing a diverse group of talent and overseeing a portfolio of clients.

Schmidtke is a skilled marketing and communications professional with more than 20 years of experience in broadcast journalism, marketing and public relations. She currently drives key communications initiatives for such clients as UPMC Enterprises, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona and Partnership with Native Americans, and acts as one of the leads for the agency’s health care practice.

The agency also promoted three key team members from its New York and San Francisco offices, who will continue to expand the agency’s specialty capabilities in the Consumer and Technology practices.

Sherri Poall has been promoted to executive vice president. Poall’s leadership in both the Consumer practice and the New York office has led to growth on numerous accounts such as PepsiCo, Fairlife and Seventh Generation, as well as several new business wins, including AOR for Dannon. She is also the lead of Allison+Partners’ Food + Beverage specialty, charged with growing the agency’s thought leadership, capabilities and clients in the sector.

Melissa Muskett has been promoted to senior vice president. Muskett plays an important role on the agency’s Technology team, responsible for leading and growing the Samsung Enterprise business, as well as serving as a member of Allison+Partners’ U.S. B2B Technology Leadership Council. Throughout her tenure, she has also served as the lead on a variety of other technology accounts including Polycom, Viber, Spreadfast and Digital Trends.

Marcus Gamo has been promoted to senior vice president. Gamo has been with Allison+Partners for more than a decade, working on a variety of the agency’s top consumer clients such as Best Western, Kampgrounds of America and Driscoll’s. He currently drives efforts on the Toyota business, and helped expand the agency’s regional work to include overall brand and product communications efforts for the Toyota and Lexus brands in the United States. Gamo is also the head of Allison+Partners’ Automotive specialty, charged with leveraging the agency’s deep industry knowledge to foster growth in complimentary categories.
