10 More Firms Using Gradifi’s Student Loan Repayment Program

Gradifi, a leader in student loan repayment benefit programs for U.S. employers, today announced in July that 10 additional companies began offering Gradifi’s SLP Plan™ (Student Loan Paydown) benefit to their employees.

Gradifi’s new clients include AEW Capital Management, STAFFS PREP LLC, Sole Wellness & Aesthetics, The OB-C Group LLC, Boese Commercial, MedForward Inc., MinnGo, and Lee Bank. These companies join progressive workplaces currently offering Gradifi’s student loan repayment platform, including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Peloton, and Penguin Random House.

Gradifi has agreements with more than 140 companies across the U.S. to offer its student loan repayment benefit and help address the growing problem of student loan debt. Today, about 70% of recent college grads have an average of $35,000 in student loans. Twenty-five years ago, only half had student loan debt, and the amount averaged about $10,000.
