Moving Averages: July Month-End Update

The S&P 500 closed July with a monthly gain of 2.01% after a modest monthly gain in June of 0.48%. All three S&P 500 MAs are signaling "invested" and four of the five Ivy Portfolio ETFs are signaling "invested".
