Warnock Foundation gives $24,000 to support social entrepreneurs in Baltimore

The Warnock Foundation, launched by local philanthropist David Warnock in 2012, funds 12 social innovation projects twice a year. The fellowship provides $2,000 in funding as well as mentorship and workshops.
