Marcus Corp. threatens legal action over proposed theater at The Corners

Milwaukee-based Marcus Corp., parent company of Marcus Theatres, is threatening legal action against the town of Brookfield if the municipality approves the addition of a movie theater at The Corners lifestyle center, a development that Marcus holds 10 percent ownership stake in.
