Looking to improve its debit card payment processing, Avid Acceptance sought to ensure its transactions were compliant, and that it could lower card processing costs, as well as easily offer a pay-by-text option. After evaluating several solutions in the market, Avid Acceptance selected ACI for its extensive bill payment, and improved Interactive Voice Response (IVR) functionality.
