Why SEPTA says it should get another $6.5B in funding

A new report connects an uptick in suburban home values to SEPTA. But if Greater Philadelphia wants to continue to see those and other numbers on the upswing, it needs to lobby state lawmakers for several billion more in funding, according to transit agency leaders.
