Goldman: New regulation will hit big tech stocks like Facebook, but these plays will benefit

Regulation and reclassification are two significant threats that could pressure Facebook and its peers, according to a research note from David Kostin, chief investment strategist at Goldman Sachs. Tech companies that fall outside of the related regulatory burden should benefit, then. These include Cisco, Nvidia and Global Payments, Goldman's David Kostin said.
