In trading on Tuesday, the PowerShares NASDAQ Internet Portfolio ETF (PNQI) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 3.2% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Twitter (TWTR), up about 11.2% and shares of Netflix (NFLX), up about 9.6% on the day.
