McDonald’s says sacked workers will ‘exit our system’

“I recognize that change is difficult,” the company’s U.S. president, Chris Kempczinski, wrote in a memo reviewed by the Wall Street Journal, “and that eliminating layers within our organization means some employees will ultimately exit our system.”
