Rockwell investing $1B in Massachusetts software company PTC

The Milwaukee-based automation and innovation company said Monday that it has invested $1 billion in equity into PTC Inc. (Nasdaq: PTC), a software company based in Needham, Mass., which is just outside of Boston.
