Sen. Johnson on Harley-Davidson's overseas move: 'They really don't have a choice'

Ron Johnson, who prior to his election to the U.S. Senate was the CEO of Oshkosh-based manufacturer Pacur LLC, said Harley-Davidson "has been targeted" as a result of what he characterizes as "the beginning of the trade war."
