Morgan Stanley slashes Italian growth outlook amid budget woes

In its latest 2019 budget draft plan, Rome has forecast a growth rate of 1.5 percent in 2019 — a contrasting figure to Morgan Stanley's latest forecast of 0.5 percent of gross domestic product (GDP) for next year.
