Gov.-elect Evers appoints four cabinet members

Tony Evers announced the appointment of Joel Brennan as Department of Administration secretary, Kevin Carr as Department of Corrections secretary, Preston Cole as Department of Natural Resources secretary and Sara Meaney as Department of Tourism secretary.
