Polaris buys boat brands from Wisconsin maker of Carver yachts

Polaris Industries Inc., which dove into the marine market last year with an $805 million purchase of Indiana's Boat Holdings, must have decided it likes the water. The company now has bought the assets of Larson Boat Group, which includes recreational and sport boat brands of Marquis-Larson Boat Group of Pulaski.
