Zero-fee ETFs are coming, but not from Vanguard or iShares: It's SoFi

The race to zero-fee exchange-traded funds has found an unlikely competitor: Online lending platform SoFi, which has filed for a series of index ETFs that will waive management fees for the first year. The online lender is crashing an ETF party dominated by Vanguard and BlackRock's iShares.
