Mark Zuckerberg is begging for governments to regulate Facebook

For the second time in the past few months, Facebook Inc. co-founder and Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg asked U.S. regulators to step in and give some clear policies for regulating internet data privacy and harmful content, a move to try and shape the outcome of any regulation before it actually happens.
