KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced the grand opening of Genoa at Orchard Hills, an enclave of luxury residences situated in the popular Orchard Hills master-planned community. Located within the Villages of Irvine® and just minutes from the Newport Beach coastline, Genoa at Orchard Hills is also surrounded by excellent dining and entertainment.
