At Sky Ranch, KB Home will construct 149 one- and two-story new homes and offer 10 distinct floor plans. With up to six bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, and ranging in size from approximately 1,300 to 2,700 square feet, the KB homes at Sky Ranch feature desirable design characteristics like spacious great rooms, ample storage and luxurious master suites. Pricing begins in the low-$300,000s.

Residents of Sky Ranch can enjoy a plethora of recreational activities within a short drive, including the campgrounds, water sports and walking trails offered at Cherry Creek State Park and the 23 multi-use sports fields of the 220-acre Aurora Sports Park.
